Once we have a solid understanding of the REAL needs (which we have found can be quite different from the stated or perceived needs) ---- we’ll generally start with a limited engagement to fully specify, scope and perhaps build a mock-up or prototype. Each client is different but the face-to-face relationships are always crucial to success and forged at the start of each relationship.
