We can do our best work with our tools (technology, experience and business acumen) if we first take the time to really know and understand you and your business challenges. So we focus a considerable amount of effort on making sure you are as comfortable with us as a partner as we are with you as a client.
And by the way, we can use video conference to get face-to-face quite frequently during the “getting to know you phase” and we certainly use it extensively during the implementation phase. Our core value proposition that underlies all our work is building a relationship and strong bond between us and our client.
