| How We Do It |
Project Management actually begins during the planning phase to ensure hindsight and previous experience can be incorporated into the project plan. Once at a “go” state, the Project Manager takes over to ensure that the plan and the DEVELOPED PRODUCT sync up to meet the needs of the client. During development a constant barrage of queries, suggestions and corrective feedback are channeled from the client to the development team.
The Project Manager is the switchboard through which all project experiences clear. Keeping the developers up to date with INTENTIONS, CHANGES and RESULTS obtained along the way is critical. Keeping the client posted ion TIMELINES, MILESTONES and COST projections ensure a consistent understanding between all parties.
