Concept, Design, Funding, Development, Launch-----out the door and ready to roll.  Now begins the ever-present and ongoing requirement to SUPPORT and GROW the community of users.  This is typically a completely foreign realm for most firms---- and an area where CompeteSoft partners with our clients to assist them beyond the pure technical development and launch tasks typically performed by developers/integrators.  And the area where we have unparalleled experience and capabilities. 

articlepic_workingtogetherNot only will you need to support (answer questions, explain rules, etc) the user community; you need to have a comprehensive process in place to feedback/modify where appropriate to eliminate the source of the issues going forward.  Active support for the community while providing guidance for program improvement and enhanced user experiences.  At CompeteSof we will work with our clients to "shadow" their support staff or actually run the support for a period of time while their team comes up to speed on the new capabilities available to them.

And whatever initial role our clients ask us to play in support of their new systems/services, we remain available on a consulting basis to assist in whatever fashion we can to ensure a successful roll-out and user community experience.
