He is the inventor of the group who enjoys the challenge of finding the newest and best ways to do things that have never been done before. He started his career in the early 1990’s with software giant Bindview Development and later built the first Halliburton Energy Services Intranet system. In the late nineties, he decided it was time to fly out of the corporate nest and opened his first software company, Live Technologies. Live Tech's focus was on software development but he also designed and built a fully secure data center for in the Live Hosting portion of the business. In 2001, he sold Live Technologies and launched Blufix Solutions, an energy aggregation firm in Houston, Texas. This provided the financial base that supported the early TeamCompete.com start up needs. Now he has come full circle and has turned his attention back to his software roots by founding CompeteSoft which will bridge the gap between his experience in software development and gaming to create a company that will have a unique niche in the gaming competition market worldwide without losing site on more horizontal market endeavors.

Ed has been responsible for the business, finance, marketing and sales side of the house since the founding of TeamCompete.com in 2003. He continues those roles with CompeteSoft.com with a particular focus on the sales and the additional marketing teams required to support the social networking communities surrounding gamers. Professionally he has worked in the “technology” industry for 30 years with hardware, software, telcom, web services, systems integration and services firms. He has expertise in technical support, logistics, sales, product management, marketing and business development capacities for Fortune 500 firms as well as under-funded start-ups and privately held ventures. He has also provided individual consulting to firms for IT and project management assistance over the years. Ed developed his charming personality and learned all his tact, management and social skills in the 5 years spent in the 82nd Airborne Division and as an Airborne Ranger in the US Army. He and his wife of 40 years have 2 grown sons and 3 of the most beautiful grand daughters on the planet. He believes that real men play lacrosse, and has coached HS lacrosse teams for the past 20 years.

He leads the team of developers whom have been developing and supporting Team Compete product development and infrastructure support since May of 2003. His work experience includes IBM, Member of Technical Staff—designing and developing network and server based solutions, Catholic University of Cordoba, Professor of IT and member of the Board. He was also instrumental in a board capacity in bringing Microsoft, IBM and Intel together to create computer labs at the Cordoba University. Fluent in Spanish and English.

During his time with BT Neil was a business account manager for SME business customers and also represented BT at the prestigious Brit Awards in 2006. Neil went on to pass his IT Diploma in Aug 2006 before joining Tesco and later The Co-operative as there head of stock control. Neil is huge sports fan from soccer to horse racing however his true love is gaming shown by his great achievements with StripesGAMER.com

She is the behind the scenes director for the business and manages the support resources for users of our systems. She is the real person behind clicks on “support” “help” and “trouble ticket” in our systems. Karen resolves trouble tickets and all account queries and billing issues for our users. If our users have a problem, she makes sure the company resources are applied. This attention to detail and customer support has been developed working in office and administrative positions for over 35 years along with a 20 year career as a residential real estate and property management agent. That empathy in working with people and the experienced ‘mother’s touch’ comes in handy when problems arise and a steady hand is needed to resolve service or systems issues with our sites. She has managed to raise two sons and one husband over the past 40 years and has been given the awesome task to spoil the grandchildren now and get them into gaming early. She's doing well at them both.

Diego Linares President, South American Operations		Diego the managing director and president of the entire South American Operations of Neosur/CompeteSoft. He started as a project leader. Due his vast experience managing and working with large scale projects , he has led the charge of our amazing growth in Cordoba. He is in charge of all the resources and the finances of the company.

Eduardo Gaite CTO South America and Systems Engineer		Eduardo is the leader in Java-based and .Net. application development. He is the main decision maker on all things related to to the technologies. Basically, he is the man who has the final say on what technologoes are going to be used for any given project and one of the decision makers on which technologies our company will employ in the future. Eduardo has a strong background indeveloping applications in differents tecnologies, preferably in the Open Source world and Linux. He is also certified DBA.

Sonia Doña Lead Project Manager		Sonia Dona is one of the best project managers in our South American offices.

Nicolas Coniglio Lead Project Manager		Nicolás is in charge of the commercial area of South America. He has a lot of skills in dealing with people which that is why he also manages the human resources. He is able to work with Java, Php and dot Net. Nicolás is also an expert in Software Planning and Project Management.

Pablo Antonelli Senior Developer		Pablo is the head of .Net and Php technologies. He is certified in .Net. He has skills for project management, so he is in charge of different areas. Pablo is an expert in Java.
