Oasis Energy is a wonderful client who we have been working with since they first opened their doors for business. Our projects have ranged from designing their entire marketing scheme (logo, brochures, etc.) to developing their web presence, and has moved into developing many of their core applications used in their business. Extensive development of data parsing and data import tools needed to support literally dozens of utility suppliers each providing them data in different formats and at different times has been an ongoing challenge that CompeteSoft was able to address and automate---eliminating labor time and error possiblities in the process. The user or customer facing services have continuously been upgraded and improved while at the same time maintaining close integration with their core "back end" service provider's systems and data services.

The Wristbands.net project was as much a challenge as it was enjoyable to design. CompeteSoft was tasked to deliver a web site in 4-6 weeks that would make Wristbands.net the most advanced site in their market space with an innovative and creative solution to designing "your own" wristbands. CompeteSoft delivered in both visual results and proven income growth. The project also involved the implementation of a Content Management System that would allow for better and more efficient SEO and Social Network integration. Additionally, the "back end" handling their eCommerce, shipping, billing, etc. was replaced and significantly improved throughout the various phases of development and launch.

StripesGamer.com is a unique gaming site that focused primarily on providing a platform for US Military gamers to play when either active or in reserve. Although they also cater to civilians, this challenging project allowed CompeteSoft to develop many core applications in our gaming platform that focused specific on military oriented tools that would work well for gamers on the move. The extensive background of CompeteSoft with online gaming allowed us to consult on the front-end feature and operational support needs the online user community would demand. Once the system and interactions with their key business partners was defined, CompeteSoft took the lead in creating the gaming, community, social network integration and supporting admin tools and reports necessary for the StripesGamer team to effectively manage and administer their global community of online gamers.

QUICK PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Concierge Insurance Agency of Texas was another "build from the ground up" project that allowed us to design everything from the logo down to the core of the web engine. Using Joomla, we showed that even our fast delivery projects can come out looking amazing. The unique nature of this agency needed to be brought out in the look as well as the functionality of the site and the messages presented. This is still very much a work in progress but as they grow their business, and expand their services offerings, we expect big things from them.

The firm already had a great project manager and site architecture plan in place, and we were able to deliver a site that does everything they needed and more. QUICK PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The Horn is yet another business that was not yet opened when we began working with them. This project demanded a creative edge so we took to designing a highly, flash-integrated solution. This animated masterpiece really took shape around the facility itself and has shown an unbelievable growth rate throughout. They are a client that does not have a lot of technical skilled personnel on staff which allowed us to be more involved in the complete solution and has led to a wonderful relationship and ongoing business. This highlights an excellent example of the BUSINESS PROCESS and CONSULTING services we can and do provide to our clients routinely in most every project or engagement.

Aegis Mobility is a unique project that gave us the ability to develop a complete end-uer reporting system for mobile users of corporate phones. Their service traps cell phone users who attempt to use their phones while driving (Distracted Driving) and allows the call to be terminated. There are numerous data sets captured in thier system and the Aegis clients needed better ways to REPORT and VISUALIZE that data allowing them to see it by department, individuals, etc. This customized reporting made available to Aegis Customers in a fashion they wanted to receive it gave Aegis a competitive edge when competing for new accounts. We did not design the marketing or front end portions of the web presence but did the hard work at creating an amazing reporting tool that can become as important to the buyers as the underlying capability to monitor and terminate calls for subscribed users.

TeamCompete.com was CompeteSoft's crowning achievement in the gaming market and considered the first online competition site specifically designed for console gamers. Through several years and multiple platforms, TeamCompete.com became the world's largest console league system. Several hundred thousand members later, the software (not the name) was sold to MLG and led us to redevelop our concepts in a different programming language and focus on product implementations for our customers. Lessons learned over a hyper-growth period spanning over 4 years, gave us a foundation that has been critical to the success of many subsequent projects. Building and managing a 24/7 online community, recruiting and managing a network of volunteer staff, building user interface and communication applications and a dozen other key areas of expertise were developed while both inventing and building(managing) TeamCompete. It wasn't called Social Networking back then, but it was!
